Don’t ever go to the the Texas Roadhouse in Janesville. It’s not worth it believe me. I love there food but will never go back to the Janesville one. We have gone there twice in the last two week. The first time they couldn’t cook my steak right the first steak was dry was a rock and over cooked the second one was an least wasn’t dry but still over cooked. when you have loud music people talk louder then you have just plain noise and cant understand waitresses when they try to talk to you, add a face mask and now it is just a joke. if food wasn't so good, we would never go back. right now, it is very low on my list to return, as I know music will still be loud and people talking even louder.

The way my family and I were treated tonight is to say the least disappointing. We were so excited to celebrate birthdays my father in laws and friends and it did not turn out how we planned. The lady that answers the phone is rude. Also the gentlemen that is a "manager" was very unprofessional and rude. I will be contacing corporate and feel we are owed a HUGE apology. My friends birthday was today and he is the National Guard. Nothing but disrespectful and rudeness from all staff. We will not be coming back.
