I've been there many times over the years with good reviews but got a take out order and it was awful so I called them and they said they would email me "something" and they never did. I had bad food and bad service

I ordered 3 trays of dinner rolls . We always like Texas Roadhouse dinner rolls everytime we eat in the restaurant, but yesterday was a big disappointment! not a quality and taste. Almost 3 trays were burn and hard!

The chicken was raw, like red. The manager said not to worry - it wasn't raw, it was just bad meat.

Don’t ever go to the the Texas Roadhouse in Janesville. It’s not worth it believe me. I love there food but will never go back to the Janesville one. We have gone there twice in the last two week. The first time they couldn’t cook my steak right the first steak was dry was a rock and over cooked the second one was an least wasn’t dry but still over cooked. The manager gave me the steak free and gave us the coupon for next time. So because we had the coupon we when back again they over cooked it. And on time of it which made ... read more
