Janesville Texas Roadhouse experience today was horrible. Absolutely ridiculous. Waited over an hour, and they werent busy. I was a server myself so Im pretty understanding. Watched 3 tables that came after us get their food eat it and leave before our food came out. Our server didnt even acknowledge the fact that we had been waiting forever and was no where to be found. And when the food did come out ot was cold! Seriously! And by then I was so fed up I lost my appetite. So basically, we paid for food we didnt even eat.
Texas Roadhouse is always great! The food is top notch, the service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is excellent! I think I've tried everything on their menu at least once and I've alway been amazed at how great it tastes. Steak, ribs, chicken, pork chops, the side dishes, etc. An amazing meal every time!!
Had beef tips that were fantastic, my new favorite meal. Side salad was simply one of the best served anywhere. Rolls too die for, not that I have to tell anyone that.
A wonderful, attentive, server. I never had an empty drink glass! And the food was excellent also. The prime rib I had I would rate among the top 3 I've ever had!
