The wait was long, Almost an hour and a half. But the food was worth it!
Usually great, this last time the meat was way overcooked, also stated 40 minute wait but was a hour 20 mins. Usually come a few times a month, might take a break.

My steak was great but my husband's steak was overcooked. The service from Jorge was amazing and that's why I'm giving them a five.
I usually love the food but last night it wasn't up to the mark my steak wasn't cooked the way I like it also seems like they cut the quality of steak. I will give it another try but will try something else
The food was great , fast friendly service..Melissa was one of the best waitresses we have ever had at any place! We live in Illinois but will be back to your restaurant it's just an hour ride!
So I have to say I usually love Texas Roadhouse but NYE service was horrible . We waited 30 minutes longer than our 1.5hour time frame we were given to be seated . Bar was inadequately staffed , took 30mins to get drink that was terrible, reordered different drinks those still took a little bit. But the time we got those we were almost done with dinner and no need to order more drinks. Told it would take 20 minutes it took 55 to be seated. Got our drinks appetizers and main course ordered at same time. Got salad before appetizers. We were done with appetizers for 25 minutes and our waitress had only been there once to take our order. After another five minutes I gathered glasses and headed to the bar for refills a waitress sitting at a booth told me my waitress would be right there.
