I am a big fan of Texas Roadhouse but was a bit disappointed today. ordered steak medium came out Medium well with little flavor. The server was very apologetic. I refused a new one since I wanted quite sometime for the first one and did not want to wait again. I was also a bit uncomfortable with setting during COVID everyone was wearing gloves and we all know you can not sanitize or wash gloves. I watched the bartender for an hour handled hundreds of things without changing gloves. germs are transfered much easier on gloves... read more

Well we called to get on the phone ahead list /reservation was informed there wasn't a wait but never asked how many was in your party. We got there and then was informed that it would take 20 minutes to get 2 tables we finally got to come in about 9:00 our original time was 8:10 we placed our order we finally got our around 9:45 then some of the food had to be sent back, because it wasn't prepared properly.
