The food was amazing and the service was great!! I can't wait to go back again!!
Was served a cold steak and cold shrimp. My boyfriend asked for mushrooms ONLY on his steak and it came back with fried onions . The waitress asked if he was allergic because he told her he didn't order that. He said no he's not allergic and she just walked away without fixing the problem. I'm sure this is all on her. I'm sorry for not getting her name. It was during day shift yesterday. The manager came back, with my food hot..nice guy. But this waitress "lady" needs a good refresher course!
Food is AWESOME! Great value too. Excellent service. Texas Roadhouse is our favorite restaurant! Unfortunately we don't have one where we live in Lakeville so we have to drive an hour to the nearest one. And we do it a few times a year!
I don't know what the hype is about this place. The food was ok but nothing special. I can grill a steak myself that tastes better, and my vegetables were over steamed so the broccoli was mushy. Why anyone would wait 30 to 45 minutes to eat there is a mystery. If you enjoy country music and a loud atmosphere, you may have a good time.
The 6 oz. sirloin special was excellent, loved the sweet potato and I had the garden salad which was also excellent. We were nervous about ordering the sirloin because whenever we have it at home it's tough but at Texas Roadhouse Duluth it melts in your mouth, best I have had.
Extremely courteous and attentive employees. I ordered the 16 oz. Prime Rib end cut (as I prefer more of the meat to be cooked and savored at Medium). Although it was presented as an end cut, it was not. Being that the restaurant was closing early (SuperBowl Sunday), I opted to enjoy this cut anyway.
