We usually love to eat at Texas Roadhouse, but today we left there very frustrated and disappointed with the service we received. I ordered a critter chicken salad and was brought a chicken Caesar salad. It took over 20 minutes to receive the right salad, which by that time my whole family was already done eating. The waitress also asked my husband 3 separate time which salad dressing I wanted. Needless to say we won’t be going back until service is better.

the food is amazing but i got sick my belly hurt but then i was ok
This was the first since covid hit that I got To enjoy my time out at a restaurant. I felt safe and it was so great seeing the staff up dancing and clapping mask and all!! A waitress dropped a tray and the amount of help from staff that came to her and cleaned up within seconds was amazing team work and it is so impressive how your staffing is always on point!! Everyone so friendly and polite!! Food was beyond our expectations!!! Bravo to your staff!!! So impressed!!
