I have to give huge props to TRH!! We had a little seating snafu and weren’t waited on for 17 minutes (they keep track). Omg .... not only were we treated like royalty, they comped our entire bill!!! Excellent customer service!!!

Wont go back!! Used to be a favorite. Last time i went i was served dirty plates that had sauce on them when they brought the bread. Then when they brought the silverware that was dirty as well. After talking to the manager on duty she askd if i wanted plastic silverware. Very unhappy i left a message with their corporate office. They tokd me they took action to make sure things would be cleaner and were sending me a gift certificate. Never received the certificate, wouldnt be suprised if things are still the same
