They overcooked Craig's steak, which is no big deal. Mistakes happen; what they did next, though, was incredible customer service. They made him a new steak, complete with new sides so that when his dinner was brought back out to him, everything was hot and fresh! We both enjoyed our steaks and the excellent service.
We asked our concier where is a good place to get good steak at a good price so he drove us over to Texas Roadhouse. Everyone ordered something different and it was all amazing. Next day we drove to steamboat for 6 days and decided that Texas roadhouse was so good that when we head back to the airport that we would stopped and have dinner again before we fly back home. Usually love coming here with the kids but tonight something was up. Messed up my order, then when they remade my salad forgot the steak then came out to my freshly washed car getting doused by the sprinklers. Meh :(
Amazing experience tonight!! Food was great, as always, but what made this visit better than any other....was our server Makenzie!!! She goes by "Mac," very friendly, attentive, excellent personality, and by far the best server I have ever encountered!! I have dined at many places and Mac went far and above to make our meal that much more enjoyable!! Thank you Mac, this restaurant is lucky to have such a great individual working here!
If you're going to run a restaurant, then run a restaurant not a every 5 minute super obnoxious Happy Birthday with servers screaming their lungs off. I'm all for a happy birthday but there needs to be a modification. Even the REAL Texas Roadhouses don't yeehaw in Texas. #disappointed #stopthestereotypes
