RecommendedWhile I am generally happy with the quality of the food, their service is the only area that could use some improvement. Today I went in to pick up a to-go order and between 6 and 8 employees walked past me and never asked if they could help me. Except for one little girl named Valia who went out of her way to ask if she could help me. ALL of their employees could take a lesson from this one employee. She deserves to be recognized by the managers.
Meat was over cook & two of the 4 of us did not get the potatoes we ordered!! Manager was notified well into our meal & she made no effort to correct the problem nor any adjustment made to our bills!!! Manager was not the least bit concerned about our meals!!! Been eating there for years but I will not be going back if this is the type of managers you hire!!! I posted my experience on Facebook because of your sorry manager !!!
