The food was good. The service was bad; because whomever manages them is doing a very poor job. It needs a genuine clean up. This place just isn’t what it once was
This was my first Texas Roadhouse experience and it was not good! First, our server was extremely inattentive. My drink never got refilled and went empty. Second, it took her like thirty minutes to get our salads to us. Third, my food was not good! My portobello mushroom chicken was full of fat, and my cup of chili had really fatty meat in it. RecommendedBEST Steak we've ate in a restaurant in a very long time !!!!! Service was fantastic Bree was are waitress and was Amazing !!!! Are water glasses stayed full she check on us and was very sweet & has a beautiful smile and you can tell she loves her job. Restaurant's need more employees like her !!!!! We will be back next time we come through Montgomery Alabama I would rate a 10 +💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥 if it was a option 1

RecommendedToday was honestly the first time I've came to Texas Road House and was not satisfied with my service. I order to critter meals one meal with double loaded mashed potatoes, the other with fries and loaded mashed potatoes and the double pork chop meal with loaded mashed potatoes for myself. Got my food and my sons but not my daughters. The guy comes out eventually with her food and asked me why I'm looking like that.
