have better hygiene handling my food
placed an order for pickup on April 15, steaks to go with salads, when called restaurant, first they find my order, then they tell me they cooked the order, waited for over an hour. left without food.
Let me preface this review by saying TX Roadhouse is my fav usually but tonight I was so disappointed. I placed a RAW meat order @ 130 this afternoon. One for my family and 1 for my parents. I arrived at 4 which was the agreed upon time. Sat an hour waiting on the RAW meat order. Spoke to 3 different associates one via the phone & 2 by getting out of the car to incur about the order. RecommendedWe thought it was very good and the family pack with 4 sirloins was plenty of food. The sirloins were perfectly cooked. We did have to wait about 30 minutes but what else did we have to do? They were very nice and working their buns off! The food was great.
I would definitely not recommend ordering the family meals....... smallest portions ever and what I paid I could have had a lot more eating in...
I ordered the family meal curbside, I was told my order would be ready in 30 min. I arrived on time and waited an additional 50 min. Totaling my entire wait time at 80 min. I understand there was some confusion due to the amount of orders so I was patient. Upon receiving my order I found 4 COLD rolls with no butter. (The best part) none of my food was warm or on time. So I’m assuming it was ready the whole time just sitting there getting cold while I sat in the car with a screaming baby for over an hour.
