Prime rib come out is burn and the juice is caramelized and is really really salty till it cannot be dipped at all. Same thing with the 2 sirloin that we ordered. It is so heavy in seasoning. Even the seasoned rice side is salty till we have to give up eating it. The only things that edible that night is the yeast rolls and salad. My steak was a perfect medium rare. The waitress Mariah was awesome as well. I can't forget about those yeast rolls and green beans. GOOD STUFF!!!
