Found a hair woven into our onion blossom 😝😱 Asked for a manager. It took 15 minutes for a manger to come or and speak to us. He did apologize but by then it was too late. We left.
Food was good service was good as well.
The food was fantastic (so was the strawberry cheesecake 😍), and Destini was the absolute best!! A total sweetheart and fantastic service! Definitely ask for her if you're in!! My husband and I had a great time.
Terrible steak.... I would rather eat a roadkill roach from the road than going there again
Recommendedfirst time in and I loved it bread was awesome drinks were awesome food amazing great service. I will come back.
Literally just had the worst experience here. The lack of customer service was astounding and I am severely disappointed. Not only did I not wait for a little over a hour for a simple to go order but when I finally received it was cold and the steak was overcooked. And to top it off the manager on duty was extremely rude and standoffish. And to think this was my families go to place for her togethers and special occasions.
Great steak choices friendly staff
The food was great! Our server was outstanding and I had the best experience there last night than I have ever had. Steak was cooked to perfection and the shrimp was--I have no words great enough to describe it. the only downside was that some of the silverware was missing. A few clothes only had forks in them. other than that, perfect place to eat.
Did call ahead seating here and was refused to be seated or helped out at all after an HOUR of waiting because whoever took my call did not put our name in the system. I even had the phone call on my phone history and she still wanted us to wait another hour and a half. Very disappointed in this place tonight.
