When first seated table was dirty; waiter tried his hardest but you could tell he wasn't trained properly! Houma has them beat big time which is why we always go there...manager comes to table as we're getting up to leave.....really!
Shot at the table for 25 mins before someone to our drink order and that's after I asked to talk to a manager
We call ahead of time that way we don't have a long wait. Food was delicious and our Waiter John was the best. He was very friendly, caring and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back and will ask for John again.
Second time in a row I come and they or out of steak I wanted
The manager Lauren was extremely rude and provides poor unsatisfactory customer service....it's really sad. After she stormed away from the table our waiter Lane had to apologize on her behalf....now that's pretty pathetic to say the least. #laneformanager

Where to start? A 25 minute wait, extended to a 35 - 40 minute wait. With no explanation. Had someone explained that the wait would be longer, it would have been ok. The food was ok. I've had much better meals there. The only redeeming factor tonight was the waitress. She did a great job.
We have had the same waitress the last 2 times and she is awesome.
It was horrible, this was anthr attempt an wnt return! #ribeyewasawful
Service was horrible messed up on orders brought appetizers same time as main meal due to "looking sketchy" so had to hurry up and make new ones not eat here again
