Too bad I can't give a lower rating than this. We didn't even get to eat there and I've never been more disappointed with a restaurant. After waiting for over a hour and a half for a table when we were told it would be 15-20 minutes we decided to take our business elsewhere. The wait would not have been bad if we wouldn't been seen countless people come after us with the same amount in our party and get a table. I have never in my life walked out of a restaurant so aggravated without even having had a meal. I would rather the seating staff be honest from the start than tell you it will be 15 minutes and keep lying to you. Thinking each time we asked they were giving us accurate, honest information, we decided to continue to wait. Surely as soon as we would walk out our table would be ready, ha. I have eaten at Texas Roadhouse multiple times, multiple places. I have never been more unhappy. We were told a 15 minute wait when we arrived. An hour an a half later we asked how much longer, was told they were clearing the table. 15-20 minutes later we left. I can understand the wait being off a little but over an hour off is plain unacceptable. I don't think I will visit this Texas Roadhouse again.

Too bad 1 star is the lowest you can give! I know the job of hostess is to keep you from leaving and going elsewhere. But you have to be able to tell that the wait will be longer than 15 minutes! I would rather you tell me the truth and I can come back another time instead of lying to me and making me so aggravated that I will never give you another opportunity. That's exactly what happened tonight. We all know how effective word-if-mouth can be!

Getting there at noon Sunday our wait was only 10 minutes. My grandchildren & I had a great meal &'our waitress gave us good service.
I would have to say the wait was insane 35minutes, but what do you expect on a Saturday night. �� However once we where seated, the service was great and the ribeye was excellent. The wine glasses could be bigger but hey., I just love red wine ��
