Did y'all change the quality of your filets? I order a 6oz Dallas filet, as I always do when it's date night. The first "filet" came out well done and not a filet...a sirloin. The next "filet" comes out cooked medium and again not a filet. I'm a meat buyer for a local grocery store, the quality of filets y'all had was great and always cooked perfectly. We visited this restaurant tonight as part of a fundraiser for our sons school. It was a very interesting dinner with lots of mishaps but I couldn't have more impressed with the way that this professional staff handled the situation. We had an amazing server, mik, who went above and beyond to make our experience a great despite many turbulences.
