If I could give zero I would. Shredded cheese microwaved over fries so by the time we get it you can literally pull it off is not what cheese fries are! Then my child (who ordered the cheese fries) gets an undercooked hamburger! Gross! If he wanted it medium rare he would have asked! Waitress comes and asks how everything is so I tell her how horrible my son's experience is going and she gets an attitude! Really!? I decide if I give her a tip! I had a gift card from Christmas that expired on 3/31. We'd tried going around 530 on3/30 but there was about 30 people sitting outside waiting to be seated so we went elsewhere. Went back on 3/31 at 430 and was immediately seated at the bar. Lauren was our waitress and she had amazing customer service.
