My waitress was really great even though it’s a Friday night and they were packed she came back and checked on and see if we needed anything that’s why you leave a good tip
Food was very good, service was good, dining accommodations were lacking! We were seated in the square room close to the bathrooms the chairs in that room are very short. I felt like I was sitting at the kids table at thanksgiving......I'm 6' 5" and was sitting in a chair that looked like it was made for elementary students. I looked around the room for possibly a replacement but none were found (everyone in there looked as uncomfortable as myself...sitting reaching up to their table! My husband and I absolutely love this place! We have never had rude service. After reading all of these negative reviews, I had to say we love this place. It's great for a date night or catching up with friends. There's time for talking and catching up. What can you say? Its the best steak house in Ashland. It always has a crowd because the food is so good. Never a bad meal. It is obviously managed very well. The place is always clean (except the expected random peanut shell here and there) and the service staff is well trained and very personable. My wife's favorite place to eat.

Amazing service! We had our drinks refilled withouth having to ask, fresh rolls were there when we ran out. We didn't have to wait on our appetizer long at all. I ordered a 16 oz ribeye to share with my wife. It was a little to undercooked to eat with her being pregnant, So they re-cooked it for us and even brought us two extra sides for free. All the Food was delicious! Great service will definitely return
