So me an my wife was just in there on Monday I want to know what is been done to make sure we or anyone else that was there this week didn't get hep A we come here often but maybe we need to find a new place to start going to please inform me of what actions are been taken to prevent the spread of the disease thanks an god bless....

An employee at Texas Roadhouse in Ashland tested positive for Hepatitis A. Given that all employees wear gloves and that the employee did not handle ready to eat food directly, it is considered a very low risk to the public by the Health Department. The employee worked the fry station, and the food was fried well above the temperature to kill the virus. We don't get to Ashland often, but when we do we eat at Texas Roadhouse, We were seated, and had a wonderful waiter, his name is Eli, he couldn't do enough for us, it was a great experience. Thanks Eli, keep doing what you do.

Great service and great food! Best steak house in Ashland
It would have been fine but our waitress never asked us if we needed a refill even though my glass was over half empty, I asked for 2 cups of lite ranch and only got one, asked for extra butter, didn’t get it. Had to ask for the check and a box.

Waited 45 to 50 minutes on food but it was decent.
We’ve always had a good experience at Roadhouse but tonight I wanted to make a point to thank Summer for taking good care of my dairy free kiddo. Food allergies are hard when menu/ingredient changes happen but she still made it a pleasant experience. Oh our waitress Amber was great too. Thank you!
