Texas Roadhouse is simply the best! There's no better place for steak, and I've never been disappointed with nothing I've had there. :)
Your to go service is by far the worst in town. Not only can you never get a hold of the to go line but you cant even get through any of the numbers to even talk to anyone. Your service used to be good but now it's horrible. This has been going on for several months now as well. The only answer we have ever gotten is that "we are fixing the issue" or "we have fixed the issue and don't understand why you cant get through." We have been eating here for a couple of years. Always been good til here recently. The last few times we have come the food is not good chicken under cooked and red/bloody to the bone. Bread is always cold. Was an eyelash on my husbands plate, and a fly in my salad. If you look around your surroundings, there is dust on the ceiling fans, on the wooden beams above your head, on the lights, on the posts, pictures, on the black duct work on the ceilings, signs, floors are nasty.
