Great and friendly staff we had a great date night and the food was super!
My family went on Tuesday night for my anniversary and after placing our order, we sit there and watched patrons come and go. An hour, let me say an hour later our waitress finally came by and said it would be another 25 minutes. My husband went and found the manager whom could not even look hin in the eyes as he complsined stated to us 'it is ehat it is" . Whatever happened to customer service. Yesterday (1-1-18) my husband and I and a friend went at 4pm as soon as they opened and were told it would be 35 minutes to be seated, we asked for a booth. We waited an HOUR AND A HALF!!!! Their excuse when we asked two times when we would be seated is they didn't know as they were waiting for tables to be cleaned (we told them we saw numerous tables empty the whole time we waited) they said there wasn't servers there for those tables yet� Really?!?
