Love the people and the place and they are so friendly
Business response:
Kellee Michele Reed thanks
My dads pick for a belated birthday celebration. Great food and great service as always!
Business response:
Pamela Craig thank you
Brought my 2 little girls today because it's their birthday. Told the waitress so they would sing to them. But they never did. My girls had looked forward to that all year! They were so disappointed! Won't be there for birthdays no more!!
Business response:
Amy, we are sorry we missed out on the chance to wish your girls a happy birthday. We'd like the chance to learn more, please connect with us at: https://www.texasroadhouse.com/contact-us/
I used to love this place. We even had our rehearsal dinner here. Things have changed but not for the better. Since management has changes the service has gone way downhill. Food takes forever and is usually cooked wrong. Last time we were there it took us 30 minutes to get our salad because our waitress forgot about us. I'm definitely excited for longhorn to open.
Business response:
Maggie Williams so sorry to here that your experience was not legendary. If you would like to speak to someone, please call us at 270-689-0086
