Food arrived after entire section sat after us were nearly done with theirs. Order wrong when it did arrive. Server blamed runners and triple seating, never apologized. $10 credit. Should have never paid the remaining $75. 2hour drive to disappointment. Looked for a manager ... Never saw one. Last visit there.

I never had bad service here before until now. It took over 10 minutes for a server to show up to take our drink order. Food was over salted, it took over 39 minuets for my son to get his Cheeseburger. They were not busy with customer, the restrooms looked like a bomb went off. I don’t know if they have been a change of management but it never was like this before.
I have never had any problems with the service there the food is excellent I go there a lot with my wonderful friends and family members

My mom and I went and we both ordered a steak. Her steal came out too done and dry and she only took one bite. Mine was too done as well. I sent mine back twice before the manager finally brought out one that was medium rare, which was what I had ordered. However, when I cut into it, it full of gristle and you could see the gristle before you cut into it. The manager did not make any adjustments on the meal. We never had any issue out of Texas Roadhouse and were very disappointed.
