We have ate a Texas Roadhouse multiple times since it has came into the valley. Last night we had a party of 7 that came in. Our waitress was extremely nice, but totally slow and forgetful. It took forever to get our drinks and she forgot to put our appetizer in so we were eating out salad before and had to "cancel" it so it didn't come with our dinner. Wow!!!first time here and now our fave go to in medford when were here!!staff prompt ,courtious and man they got our food out fas,from their wonderful bread and drinks to appetizers and the meal!!the manager found out it was our first visit and came over brought us complimentary peanuts and a free appetizer on next visit!!!this is old fashioned service and cant wait to bring our friends!!food is unbeleivebly good!!!!!

Monday is kids night...they eat for $1.99 and free dessert. The mascot is there and order before 6 for cheaper adult prices. Plus it's loud enough that your kids can be kids and nobody will notice. Super yummy bread, salad, entree and leftovers!! Can't beat that!! One of my favorite places to eat!!
