Been here many times however the sirloin we ordered was very tough and stringy. Management made it good by not charging us for the meal. Great customer service. Thank you!

I have always had a good experience at Texas roadhouse. However, last night the place was completely packed with a 30 minute wait time to get seated. Once we were seated, our server Mason came to greet us. He promptly took our drink orders. When he came back he asked if we had been here before and my friend informed him that she had never been there. Mason promptly explained everything to her and she joked around with him. We eat here often. Have only had one bad experience. The manager did a great job turning a negative into a positive. Job very well done to the manager. We will for sure be back. THANK YOU!

Let me start by saying my server was a very sweet young lady. She definitely knew the menu well, made some great suggestions, and she was prompt in her service even though I came in by myself and was stuffed in the back of the restaurant in a large booth meant for 6-8 people. I ordered the Road Kill, something I order all the time, as I eat at the restaurant regularly.
