I usually enjoy eating here. upon our visit tonight, my wife and I both ordered steak and shrimp. When we got our food my wife saw a giant stack of ribs on her plate and advised the waitress that our order was incorrect. to my surprise the waitress brought out another plate and replaced the ribs and took them back into the kitchen. My girlfriend and I got very sick from eating at the Texas Road house in Medford. We both shared a meal and we're extremely sick all night and the following say. I called the store (1-541-772-2052) spoke to a manager and then I called the Customer Service number (1-800-839-7623). I didn't hear anything back from them in over 2 weeks, so I called the store and the customer service number again.
