My girlfriend and I visited Texas Roadhouse tonight. I was in the mood for a steak. I ordered a medium rare 10 oz. ribeye steak. My gf had the smothered chicken. The chicken was cooked perfectly, the steak was a perfect medium rare, but so salty, it burnt my toungue. I sent back the steak and asked for a replacement steak with less salt. I got a raw replacement. I asked for the steak to be cooked slightly longer to medium rare. When it was brought back to the table it was cooked perfectly, but had no seasoning what-so-ever. ... read more
