Waited over hour for our food, and when we for it had to send steak back! It was the worst ever! Something has changed about this place! We used to like it! And they are always busy not tonight it was slow and the food and service was still awful

Had a family dinner tonight at Logan's. 3 of us sent our steaks back. Ordered them medium and they were all well done. The new ones we got back were raw. Sent mine back again. Manager wasn't even sent to our table nor was a discount offered. Terribly disappointing experience.
This was our first time eating here and we loved it. Seated promptly and our waiter Justin was an awesome Waiter. Steaks where perfectly cooked and the whole meal was very delicious. We will be back for sure.
Steak's are great, but there burgers suck.Service can be very slow at times.
Good and plentiful food ...No complaints about service.
If you come to Logan's here in Ft Smith asked for Cian Kutrul he's the Best!!!!
My hubby and his friends love their steak and I love their seafood items. Their bread and butter are to die for!
Horrible service waited for ten min still no waiter came to table to get our drinks got up and left horrible service won't be back
