First timer here with the family and it was excellent. Portions were huge, hot, and appealing to our eyes. Kids loved the potato skin appetizer as they were cooked perfectly. Hubby and I both chose the tri-meat sampler entree and there was enough meat to feed a small village!! Horrible service was there today for over an hour never got our food and the manager only said sorry..nothing else we won't be back and that sucks too because we like the food here..

The rolls were tough. Normally you can count on them being good. I ordered All American CB with no cheese. I got the Original Roadhouse Burger. I pointed this out to Aaron the waiter. He told me they only have 1 burger and they all have cheese, bacon, grilled onions, mushrooms and BBQ sauce. After I picked everything off my burger and ate only half of it, he told me he'd talk to his manager about a discount. He brings my ticket with a 10% military discount. This is sorry service. We were the first and ONLY table here yesterday morning at 11. Yet we still waited 50 minutes for our meals. Horrible service. Food was cold, steak was burnt, and one of my kids meal was forgotten all together. All the employees were just standing around goofing off. The only positive thing about the whole experience was the hostess who was very friendly. Big waste of $43.

I went there for a late Birthday Dinner and the Barbecue Ribs are awesome, and the young man that waited on us was good. Will be going back again especially for the ribs and the loaded potato skins.

Was seated as soon as we entered. Waiter came over to get drink order when we sat down. Fresh rolls came with our drinks . We placed our order and salads were bought out in just a couple minutes. By the time we got half through salads our main meal arrived. We both ordered steak cooked med. They were perfect. Waiter came by multiple times to insure everything was going well. Other staff members also stopped by to check on us as they passed. Excellent service.

My son and husband took me to have a steak for mother's day. It was a complete failure from the wait staff, food, and management. Save your hard earned bucks and eat somewhere else. Will never go to Ft Smith location again!
