I am from Texas and had dinner at Logan's last night in Fort Smith, AR. It was great, but the service was even better. I do not know what our waiteresses name was but she did one heck of a job. Kuddos to her!
Food was good. Manager attentive when my husband's steak was more done than he had ordered. Excellent waiter.
Waiter sucked. Didn't get my drink till after I got my meal. Service was poor.
Took 25min to get drinks'another 30 to get our cold food. Hateful service. Tea & lemonade was good
Enjoyed the Margarita Cheese Cake today! It was so very good. Always enjoy the servers interaction with us. They are always friendly.
We had a great dinner and an even better experience with service. Brian was our server this kid was on top of his game on a busy Saturday night. Also in my opinion they do genuinely care about the food prep, presentation and taste. Our meal couldn't have tasted better, however my Salmon had fallen apart on the rice, they served it anyway.... via the manager. Worst steakhouse I've ever been to and I'm a steak eating fool
Was a little disappointed. I've eaten at the one in Midwest City, Oklahoma and was really delicious. I ordered the 6oz. steak and sweet potato at this location and my sweet potato was so cold. I couldn't get the waitress soon enough to replace it. By the time I did I was finished and ready to go.
