Had the Roadkill in Riverton last night. I was disappointed a little. While the waitress DID warn me that the Roadkill had changed, I still ordered it. It used to be made with Swiss steak or at least a tenderized, very good piece of meat. Now it's a burger. Seriously, a burger patty with melted cheese and mushrooms.
