We were there on Monday night 2-14 and it was so cold we needed to keep our jackets on. Not a pleasant dining experience. My husband asked for a medium steak and it came well done and took quite a long time to get a replacement that was perfectly done. We parked in the handicap parking and was not shoveled (very slushy) and it hadn't snowed that day. We have been there numerous times before and usually everything is good but I think it could normally be a little warmer but it was exceptionally cold this time.

I’m done with Texas Roadhouse as well as any other restaurant / business until you stop the stupidity of wearing a mask 20’ to a table to take it off.
