Called in an order to be picked up 5:30. When I got there at 5:30, I was told they were running late, maybe 30 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later they called and said it wasn’t even started and wanted to know if we still wanted it. And no apology when they called. Won’t be back!

Father’s Day Dinner Disaster. Order food to at 4:50pm, told it was going to be an hour and half (6:30ish). Got there right at 6:30 to be told it’s going to be another hour and half. Waited in line another 40 mins to cancel the order. Not once did a manager come out to apologize to the 20+ other people waiting. Had to go drive another 15 minutes to go to Outback in Bellevue. Missed having dinner with my family and saying goodnight to my kids. Happy Father’s Day.
Sat outside waiting for 40minutes and our food still wasn’t brought out. It was pre ordered and ready at 11:40 and at 12:30 was still waiting for it to be brought to our car

Tonight we ordered take out for a birthday. I tried ordering through the app an kept getting error messages.( We have used the app successfully in the past). I gave up and call in our order for curbside delivery. When I got home we were one me short. Since my experience with customer service there has been outstanding I called and told the of the problem. I was connected to a manager who was very short with me. When i asked what we could do about it her response was, "we have no control over the app" It was very frustrating ... read more
