Great service and love the steak
Just left there. Ordered KC strip medium. Came out charred and over well done. Manager give me one to bring home. Looks like they put it on the grill for 1 minute. Rarer then any steak I seen when ordering medium. Manager and cook should be ashamed.

We enjoyed the specials and celebrated my daughter’s birthday.
We frequent Texas Roadhouse often and we normally never have any problems. I called and spoke with Tiffany who told me that the restaurant could not accommodate a party of 10 (even though they've done it before as 5 of the people of children under 7). Her offer was to do 2 parties but couldn't guarantee that we could sit in the same section. I'm really disappointed because my son really wanted to have his birthday dinner here with family. I don't think we'll be back anytime soon.
