Really good food most of the time but this time the ribs were burnt to a crisp .
I have need to Texas Road House many times. I am the pickiest person alive when it comes to hide my steak is prepared. Once again my steak was cooked perfectly (extremly rare) seared on the outside and red in the middle. Is so fun to be able to be seated as you eat peanuts and their wonderful rolls including cinnamon honey butter while waiting for your server as you ponder the menu. The food is always good and the service is really great. If the food isn't prepared right, they will redo it.
Used the call ahead seating, still waited an hour for our table. Hostesses could only say 10 to 20 minutes, several times, no help at all, described us as an "issue". Once we were seated, our server was amazing, very efficient with 15 in our party. I ordered ribs, which were crusty, dry, not one bit of moisture, no flavor at all. Not impressed with Texas Roadhouse, Boise.
Prime rib was excellent, always use call ahead seating for short wait times. Will be a return customer.
