A HUGE shoutout to the employee at Texas Roadhouse. The system went down just when I was going to pay for my dinner & he said it was on him because it will be awhile till it was up again. He bought my food. You the real MVP sir 😊 I didn’t get a name but thank you so much. You made my day. You guys always go above & beyond we love it there.

got a to go tonight...usually the food is great but tonight it just wasnt. the salads where mostly dried and brown salad mix. the potatoes weren't even cooked and we couldn't eat them. the ribs we got where practically burnt and fatty. the customer service was fantastic but hopefully next time the food is better.
I got the last piece of prime rib and ordered it medium rare; my shoe wound have less chewy !!! They comped my dinner but would have preferred to have eaten my dinner !!!! My girls steak was way wrong, too !!
