My wife got ribs to go and they were burnt so she took them back and they were supposed to give her her money back and we never got it on her account
Prime rib melted in my mouth. The servers are friendly. The servings are Texas-sized.
So I just want to vent for a minute. I just paid $99.00 for my family's meals (take out) and when I asked for additional rolls (they originally gave us 7 which is 1 a piece and how many of you only eat 1? Then they charged me an additional $5 for more rolls. Really Texas? Customer satisfaction....yep...but it will cost you extra because $99 wasn't enough I guess.

What a joke ! Your heating is broken in the section you sat us in and you knew it ! Nothing like freezing your ass off and eating sub par food ! Asked for a manager twice and he was "out back" ......my chicken critters were nothing more than a plate full of breading.......now that everyone else has eaten my food is still not here. I will take my money elsewhere.
