So my wife and I tried to go here on 12/19. We waited for over an hour before we went elsewhere. While we were eating we received our text that our table was ready. We canceled it. Then we tried to go again on 12/28 (my birthday) we thought we'd be safe cause no weekend rush. We checked in on the app at 5:48 (confirmation #8283) it said be there by 6:23. We checked in at 6:24. Ordered a medium rare prime rib at $20. it never saw the grill. Melissa who was manager on duty stated they always send it out a little under cooked and then adjust from there. she was very confrontational and shouldn't be involved with the public. Glad Longhorn is giving us a better option.
