We’ll order take out today Monday on site it said 20 cent discount. Had wait for manager had wait 20 minutes got 10 cent discount for veteran. Got home no baked potato food was cold. Never going there again. My partner called all got was am sorry. Plus over charged him not good place was my partner favorite place to eat.

The food was all too salty. I know french fries have salt but it looked like it was dumped by hand rather than with a shaker. Green beans were so salty I couldn't finish and my loaded baked potato was not hot enough to melt the cheese. I usually love Texas Roadhouse...kinda sad I didn't tonight. Service was just ok...ran out of clean glasses so took quite a bit (over 5 minutes) to get our initial drink. Then had to wait for water because glasses still were not available?!?! after all that salty food, I was definitely impatie... read more
My wife and I arrived 07/18/20 at about 4:45 pm after calling ahead. When we arrived and started to park , we were informed that we had to park in the strip mall parking lot next door. I asked why and was informed that the 30 parking spaces in their lot were reserved for take out customers. I got back in my vehicle and called the restaurant back and asked for the manager. This was our first visit to the Augusta restaurant. The organization of being “waitlisted” for a table, as well as the transitions to our seat went smooth. Staff were upbeat but appeared to pay close attention to their new protocols due to COVID-19. We had an amazing server, Mike, who was charismatic, polite, and fun! The food was great as well as the baseball being aired! A very pleasant night out!
I was impressed with how organized it was outside so you could get in quickly. Be sure to make reservations and bring a mask! The waitstaff was constant in their service. As usual the food was excellent. Great job. Thank You

Our waitress Kaitlyn (black hair and glasses) was TERRIBLE! Between rushing us to order and then not coming to check on our table but only once or twice during our visit (each of which seemed only because she was forced to) our experience was one of the worst we’ve had. On top of this, they had someone else bring our order out from the kitchen. As soon as Kaitlyn saw that someone was helping us, she stomped over and said “IVE GOT IT, you can go”.
