I love this restaurant...people are so friendly and nice to you, great service and food is delicious...thank you everyone, you are all great!
Everyone around us were coming, eating and going. They knew there was an issue and tried to ignore us until we asked another waitress to get the manager. They basically told us the system lost our order. We sat there for an hour and half before we got our food and the manager copped an attitude because we complained and told them it was unacceptable! They gave us a percentage off our bill. How it was handled was still unacceptable!

We had hair in one of our menu items. There was no compensation for the said item. No apologies from the management, we still had to pay for the menu item, no offer at all for waving the item or even half price. They didn’t seem to care. I get things happen in busy environments. The lack of concern for cross contamination was disappointing.
