I going to give them 4 stars because of the tremendous customer service. Yes, they did mess up both orders but they tried to make it right and after the second attempt they knew they had to do something. I also want to say I have eaten at Roadhouse many times before and this was this first time I can remember that they screwed up so bad. Yes, I would go back. The food is good, the prices are reasonable and if all else fails the manager will take care of it.
Service was really bad took 25 minutes to get a beer waitress screwed up families order
Slowest dining experience I think I’ve ever encountered. When the food came it was cold. We only went because we had a gift card, don’t think I’ll be going back.
