Horrible experience!! Wasted over an hour of my time waiting for my dinner while my friends all ordered their food, ate, celebrated a birthday, had dessert, waited along with me for my food, and it never came! Waited another 15 minutes to talk to a manager only for her to say, "Sorry about that" with no offer to give me some kind of food or something to go. Called the main number and emailed headquarters to complain, and no one has responded. Stay away from this place!! Extremely poor customer service!!
Great service, nice atmosphere food was great! Steaks, chicken, salad, burgers, drinks included. I recommend to all.

We came with a huge group of people. 20+ and our waitress was fantastic! She took the orders by individual families .... she came out with a smile was on top of the drinks and clearing plates. The food was cooked perfectly and delicious! She is a rockstar. Her name is Rhea! Best waitress there by far!
Everything was great, we love Texas Roadhouse, waitress was wonderful, Michaela!! Keep up the good work!!!
