My fiancé and I go approx once a week. We have always had excellent service but we had an outstanding waiter last night named Ben/Benjamin and he really stood out. He was the most polite and courteous waiter we have ever had-maybe at any restaurant! We mentioned to the manager as we left and we will def ask for him again. He is truly an asset to your franchise. Please keep him.

My wife and I were there yesterday....no sooner we were seated, a cockroach ran across our table. We were seated at table # 12. We notified management but were brushed off. We promptly left and will not return.

This was our second time visiting this establishment. Our first visit wasn't great either but we thought we'd give it another shot. Our server was great but our food was not cooked to our liking even after returning it to the kitchen. The manager came over to explain the cooking process...don't know why she felt the need to give up a cooking lesson...well done (no pink) means well done! Thanks but no thanks!
I had 1/2 rack of ribs they were very good & tender service was good

Awesome service! The hostess Morgan (I think that was her name) was super friendly and the server was great! Great portions and spectular food! 11/10 would bang.
