They never have prime rib. I called ahead to see if they had it. They said yes. So I drove 30 minutes there and they are out. How is it every time we go there they are out??? The waitress was great. It’s not her fault. She did everything to try to make the situation better. I just don’t understand why this is an issue EVERY SINGLE TIME. Apparently they need new management.

The steaks were not cooked as ordered like they are in other Texas Roadhouse’s we frequent. Also the quality of steaks were sub par.
