We frequent Texas Roadhouse weekly and today was the worst ever service. Took over an hour to get food, dishes never taken off the table , no refills, food came out cold and cooked incorrectly. Manager said she was sorry. Well thanks...lol

We've enjoyed several good dinners here recently (at Middletown and Dover.) The servers and all other staff have been an impressive, beautifully diverse group of young people, very well trained, intelligent, professional. The food has been well prepared, very good basic fare (steaks, salmon, veg, rolls, salads, well seasoned rice, steak fries), not over seasoned or covered in unnecessary sauces, etc. Refreshingly straightforward.
