We used to be big fans, buy quality and quantity of food has declined at several of the TRs. Wife's food slightly salty. My portions were small. Service was good though.
Food was excellent and served in a timely manner even though every table was occupied. Waitress Steffanie was friendly efficient cute as a button and did the Boot Scoot Boogie along with her coworkers like a pro. I was skeptical when my grandaughter suggested going here but am happy we did. Customer service there was all around welcoming.
usually i love TRH but tonight it was one thing after another. wrong food. cold food. instead of offering to fix it (the first and second time) he offered to scrap off the burnt marshmallows off the potato that i didn't order to begin with.
Great food and service. The waiter was excellent. The beef tips were perfect.
Fresh food always, friendly staff, great drinks, and fast service. We love Middletown Texas Roadhouse!
The fried pickles we're great and so was my salad. My husband's steak was over cooked and my granddaughters hamburger sliders were burnt. She was not pleased. Will be a while before we go back.

Food was good. Towards end of meal the waitress told us she was having our wheel chair brought up for our friend and we told her to wait because she was still eating. She brought it up anyway and left it in the way of the other patrons and pretty much let us know it was time for us to go and ask our friend if she wanted a box, which she did not, as she wanted to finish her food. I thought this was awful rude. I know there was people waiting but you don't hurry someone up that is still eating.
