Excellent meal & customer service! Our waiter Jesse was awesome. Best steak I’ve had in a restaurant in a while. Very happy!

Gave you two chances to get the food right. Order the cheese fries for an appetizer the cheese wasn't even melted, and I swear the chili had leftover hamburgers chopped up in it. I've never been more disgusted will probably never be back, and we were really big customers.

Very poor customer service called ahead for 20 customer seating waited over an hour at 2 in the afternoon but don’t worry Applebee’s seated us right away and had our food in 20 minutes

when did call ahead seating, they said 50 mins. 2 hours later still not seated. Was lied to MANY times. (saying it will be 10mins) WHY lie just say sorry you will not get in. we would go somewhere else. We went to RED ROBIN waited 10mins got in food was GREAT and so was the service. Texas road house should take some lessons on how to treat people. I give Texas road house a F-.

Best steaks in town. Service was great and with call ahead seating we were sat promptly despite large number of patrons. Love it.
