The food was excellent, the service was the worst ever. Waited 30 minutes for drink refills, brought my meal in a to go plate, overcharged me $10.00. Corrected the bill and was still overcharged $3.00. Terrible experience...

My family of three visit as often as we can. We get seated quickly,the service is excellent and the food is outstanding!! Cannot imagine anyone saying anything different 👍👍
Was really great drinks, ribs out of this world and ice water that is really cold when the waitress dumps a glass in yer lap🤣

Sat there for 15 minutes, nobody helped us. Had 7 servers working around us, nobody came...went to the hostess, waited another 5 or so minutes to talk to the manager. By that time I was so upset, we just walked out. Not doing that again...ever.

The service sucked! My sister in law had called in reservations for our family. It was my nephews birthday. The reservation was for 6:30 pm. It took them almost an hour to seat us. Despite the manager assuring me it would only be 15-20 mins when we checked in. The servers were nice. But why did we need 2 servers for one party? It got very confusing for both us as well as the servers. I have to say the food was good. The servers did try their best. Management doesn't care if the fire lanes are filled up with illegally parked cars by Texas Roadhouse customers putting everyone in Texas Roadhouse and near business at risk of harm.
