Disappointing at the least Wouldn't do it again. If you paid for it.
Always friendly staff, the food is amazing and the drinks are on point...
I really hope you guys look at these reviews, because I am overwhelmed with gratitude and love for this place! We don't have family. Well, I don't. And my husband's family is all on England. This is the last time this restaurant will disappoint me. My family tried to have my birthday dinner here. The employees lack common sense on how to manage their tables and customers. Also had previous disappointments with the food being over or under cooked.
Treats customers like crap. EAT HERE ONLY IF YOU DON'T MIND WAITING FOR OVER COOKED FOOD
Terrible service. They make customers wait an hour (even if you call ahead) while tables sit empty because they can't figure out how to close small tables to make a table to seat 5 people. They honestly don't care about their customers and let me walk out after I explained to not less than 4 people why their policies are ridiculous and do not service their customer's needs.
Terrible service. They make people sit and wait because they don't have enough servers. Or they make customers wait even though there are empty tables because they are too ignorant to close a small table and open a bigger one. Not the first bad service at this restaurant. Spoke with Kyle... He doesn't want your service.
Today, myself, my wife and our child had our family Sunday dinner at this location. We called into the restaurant for a reservation but once we arrived we still had to wait for 25 minutes. We didn't mind it at all because we anticipated that it would become busy if not so already. Once our table was ready we headed to it.
